Each cylinder must be stamped according to EN 1089-1:1996

The stamps are:

- EC pattern approval

- Country of origin

- Manufacture’s mark and serial numbers

- Cylinder’s manufacturing number

- Value of R in N/mm2

- Type of heat treatment

  (T = quenching + tempering)

- Test pressure in bar

- EC verification mark  

- Inspection stamp of ATISAE / OTHERS

- Mass of empty cylinder without valve in Kg

- Minimum guaranteed capacity in litres

- Gas name

- Filling pressure at 15ºC
